You are you

You are not your age,Not the size of the clothe you wear,

You are not a weight,

You are not the color of your skin

Nor the color of your hair.

You are not a religion,

And you are not your name.

You are not your grades,

Your grades don’t define your intelligence nor your maturity.

You are you.

You are all the books you read,

And all the words you speak.

You are the smiles you try to hide,

You’re the sweetness in your laughters,

And every tear you’ve cried.

You’re the songs that sing and listen to all alone.

You’re the things that you believe in,

“I believe in the power of love” what to believe?

You are the people that you love,

And the future that you dream of,

And you are your own creations, so don’t let them creat you and keep creating.

You’re made of so much beauty,

But it seems that you forgot, when you decided that you were defined, by all the things you’re not.
